Our menu is a reflection of the wonders that can be found by exploring the Galapagos Islands, with offerings prepared in Finch Bay-style: at your pace and as you like it.
The Finch Bay offers options for all dietary preferences and needs. From vegetarian, vegan, and celiac options to kids’ menu items, there is no request that can’t be accommodated at our restaurant. Additionally, the ingredients we use are fresh and organic. They include natural herbs and vegetables grown in our very own garden (chakrita).
Our hours of operation are the following:
Buffet breakfast is offered from 6:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
À la carte lunches and appetizers are served from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Dinner is available from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
We offer dinner à la carte or as a set, three-course meal, depending on what you would like to order.
Our cocktails are great for enjoying a perfect moment with friends, family, or a significant other, against the backdrop of stunning ocean views.
The sublime flavors of our cocktails are the result of two unique factors: the proximity of the Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel to the beach and the innate ability of Jossimar Luján, our very own Mixologist from Peru, who has dedicated himself to the limitless art of combining all sorts of incredible. His experience is perfectly reflected in the design of original cocktails like El Paraíso (The Paradise) and El Jardín (The Garden), featured in our unique menu.
Befitting of the elegant setting and stellar service at the Finch Bay is a worthy wine list, with reds and whites from principally Argentina and Chile, branching out across the New and Old Worlds.
Andrés Orlando, Finch Bay’s Executive Chef, gets his inspiration from the magical and unique archipelago surrounding him. The search for new flavors, delicately created with ingredients sourced from the islands, keeps him perfecting all the savory dishes made in our kitchen.
Andrés has a vast history of culinary experience with both Ecuadorian and International cuisine. He has worked at Napa Valley, California, where he got to experiment with our country’s traditional recipes and ingredients while using new high-end cooking techniques.
