Everybody was friendly and anticipatory to my needs. The hotel is comfortable and good looking, but what I loved the most is that it is sustainable. The staff is attentive and the activities are unique, just as the destination is. The quality of the food is great as well.

This hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The food is exceptional—imagine dining under the stars while watching boats on the horizon. Plenty of unique activities can be arranged. Visiting the Galapagos exceeded my expectations—don’t wait to experience it!

Finch Bay is a fantastic hotel in a private, peaceful area with a quick 5-minute boat ride. The amenities are flawless—great pool, beautiful rooms, and comfy beds. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The restaurant serves exceptional meals; the tuna tartar and octopus are must-tries. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santa Cruz!

When I fell ill, they arranged a doctor in 30 minutes, fetched my medication, extended my stay, and reorganized my plans seamlessly.
